A town centre road is to be closed for a day while patching repairs are carried out.
King Street, Southwell, will be closed to traffic on Sunday, September 29, from 8am to 6pm.
The closure will be in force from The Wheatsheaf Pub to the junction with Queen Street, in order for Via East Midlands, on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council, to carry out large scale patching repair works.
It is expected to be completed in one day, with a diversion route in place via Newark Road, Easthorpe, and Church Street.
The pavements will not be closed to pedestrians.
