A town centre street will be closed for over 10 days next week due to a new electricity supply installation.
A footpath on Chain Lane, Newark, will be closed from June 16 at 8am until June 27 at 5pm as National Grid will be working on Market Place and Chain Lane.
Due to the need to excavate, parts of the footpath will be closed, but access to businesses will be maintained.
A National Grid spokesperson said: “We’d like to thank residents and businesses for their patience as we undertake the work.”
