Newark Town Football Club search for a new manager after parting ways with Dewey Chappell

Newark Town Football Club have welcomed applicants in their quest to find a new first team manager.

The club parted way with their former boss Dewey Chappell after an 11-0 loss to Renishaw Rangers on Saturday (November 24).

On Wednesday evening (November 28) Newark Town issued a statement on Twitter.

It read as: "The club regrets to report the departure of First Team Manager, Dewey Chappell.

"Anyone interested in the vacant managers position, contact Paul Hatherley on 07711 912141."

The club play their football in the Central Midlands League North Division, step seven of the non league pyramid, and have recently moved into the new facilities at the YMCA Sports Hub.
