Traffic lights in place for Severn Trent Water works on Lombard Street, Newark

Temporary traffic lights will be in place on a town centre street today while roadworks are carried out.

Lombard Street, Newark will use multi-way control signals to manage traffic while Severn Trent Water carry out works.

These traffic measures will be in place from 9.30am until 3.30pm this afternoon (February 26).

The works will be taking place outside of 41 Lombard Street, close to the corner of Castlegate and may cause some disruption to travel.
