Morning commuters affected by traffic on the A1 and A6097 near Newark and Bingham in Nottinghamshire

Several roads are being affected by commuter traffic this morning (Tuesday).

The A6097 Southbound between Epperstone Road and East Bridgford Road north of Bingham is currently experiencing delays of around ten minutes.

Average speeds have dropped to 15mph.

There are also slight delays on the A1 Southbound between B6325 Great North Road and A46 (Newark Showground / Air Museum Turn Off). Average speeds there have dropped to 20 mph.

Delays of nine minutes and delays increasing are happening on A17 North Heath Lane Westbound in Lincolnshire.

Average speeds have dropped to ten mph.
