Several traffic issues near Lowdham and Newark in Nottinghamshire are causing drivers issues

A number of different traffic issues are causing problems for drivers in the area.

Delays of around ten minutes and reportedly increasing are happening on the A6097.

The affected area is Lowdham Road Northbound between B692 Foss Way and Cottage Pasture Lane, south east of Lowdham.

The average speed has fallen to around ten mph.

Closer to Newark, there is stop-start traffic on the A46 Northbound at A617 (Cattlemarket Roundabout).

Congestion is occurring to the Farndon Roundabout.
