A busy road has been closed as emergency services attend the scene of crash.
Nottinghamshire Police were called at 9.34am to Farndon Road, Newark, after reports of a single vehicle road traffic collision.
Two people, a man and a woman, were treated at the scene and taken to hospital for treatment.
The road has been closed while investigation work is carried out.
Nottinghamshire Police, Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service and EMAS attended the scene.
Traffic delays are reported in the area due to the closure.
