Updated list of drop-off points for Ukraine donations in Newark and Sherwood
Businesses, shops and pubs across Newark and Sherwood are still taking donations to send to people who have fled Ukraine.
Here are the places where you can take any items you would like to donate:
The Bridge Community Centre on Lincoln Road, Newark, is taking donations again this week. They are asking for medical supplies, toiletries, batteries, torches and nappies.
The centre is unable to take cash donations. Items donated last week are already on their way to those who have fled the conflict.
The Wheatsheaf Pub on Slaughterhouse Lane, Newark are taking nappies and toiletries only.
The International Logistics Centre on Fosse Way, Newark are also looking for donations. They need a mixture of items, including medicines without prescription, bandages, dressings, plasters, nappies, formula, dried food, towels, coats, shoes and sanitary products.
The centre is open from 7am until 5pm from Monday to Friday.
Tesco in Balderton have received lots of donations over the past week. They have now asked that no more clothing or bedding is left with them.
Lancaster Grange Care Home in Fernwood are taking anything willing to be donated.
The Bramley Apple pub in Southwell is also asking people to stop bringing in clothing. They are still taking very small donations of food, baby milk, baby food (no glass jars) and medical supplies.
McColls on Leeway Road, Southwell have a box for donations. They are asking for medical supplies, food and drink, hygiene products, clothing and bed linen.
Spray-Tech Refinishing on Boughton Industrial Estate are taking on a wide variety of donations. Wheelchairs, incontinence pads, glasses, new hot water bottles, sleeping bags, baby food, medical supplies, phone power banks, torches, thermal clothing and cardboard boxes are among the items needed.
