Silent soldier memorial at the junction of Fosse Road and Main Street, Farndon vandalised




Officers are appealing for information following vandalism to a silent soldier memorial.

The memorial at the junction of Fosse Road and Main Street in Farndon saw the soldier’s head removed.

The damage was first reported in December 2024, but the exact time or date it was caused is unknown.

A police spokesperson said: “It is disappointing that someone would see fit to vandalise any memorial which serves as a reminder of those who have given their lives to protect others.”
