LEARN MOREA planning application that seeks to alleviate flooding problems in a Nottinghamshire village has been submitted for approval.
Nearly 100 properties were affected by flooding in Lowdham last February, with many residents having to evacuate their homes.
The area has flooded on five other notable occasions — January 1999, June and July 2007, the summer of 2013 and November 2019.
