Chilldren's Bereavement Centre firewalk fundraiser will return to Fernwood Village Hall on October 18

Anyone willing to step out of their comfort zones, literally, will have to chance to do just that by taking part in a fundraising fire walk.

On Saturday, October 18, the Children’s Bereavement Centre will once again be hosting a firewalking event after the success of last year’s challenge which saw over £3,000 raised for the Newark-based charity.

With a full briefing and guidance in a safe environment, participants will be encouraged to face their fears and walk 15ft over glowing and smouldering hot coals.

The event will take place at Fernwood Village Hall from 5pm, with fire walking to begin from 7pm.

The night will be complete with a barbecue, bar, and activities inside the hall for family and friends to enjoy.

It promises to be another unforgettable evening, giving participants the opportunity to challenge themselves, while raising money for a good cause.
