Woman, 22, has Newark town centre banning order varied after making positive changes to her behaviour

A woman who was banned from Newark town centre has returned to court to have her Criminal Behaviour Order varied after making positive changes to address her issues.

The two year order was originally imposed on Chloe Parr, 22, of Staunton Road, Newark, at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court in May 2018 after it heard evidence of her negative impact on the community.

A new order was secured in January 2019 with terms to address further issues of anti-social behaviour on Newark’s Hawtonville estate.
