Year six pupils at Coddington Church of England Primary School told to stay at home after coronavirus case confirmed

One of a primary school's year groups has been told not to attend after a coronavirus case was confirmed.

Year six pupils at Coddington Church of England Primary School are the only students affected, and have been asked to stay at home.

The school said: "As soon as we were made aware of the positive case, we acted swiftly to contact the Department of Education schools helpline and followed the guidance given."
