Collingham get huge win at home in the Nottinghamshire Senior League with a 7-2 victory over Ravenshead
An impressive 7-2 win in the Nottinghamshire Senior League Premier Division saw Collingham victorious at home over Ravenshead on Tuesday night.
Damon Parkinson’s team who currently lie second in the table showed that they have the quality to do well in the competition.
A hat trick from Joesph Bilton and a brace from Highwaymen’s dual-signed player Harrison Gomm were the standouts in an excellent display from the orange and blacks.
Jordan Haywood and substitute Joseph Hunt added the other goals as Collingham stormed home by five.
“It was a good performance from the lads at a very wet Station Road,” said a spokesman from the club.
Collingham will now take on FC Caviliers on Saturday in the semi-final of the league cup.
