Newark rider Isabel Darvill now leads British Cycling National Circuit Series after racing for the UCI Continental Team Doltcini-O`Shea in Round 3 at The Parcours Guildford Women`s Grand Prix





A Newark rider now leads in a national circuit series after once again putting on a good show.

Isabel Darvill, racing for the UCI Continental Team Doltcini-O`Shea, was riding in Round 3 of the British Cycling National Circuit Series at The Parcours Guildford Women`s Grand Prix last Wednesday.

She finished fifth in the race, which is part of the famous CANYON Guildford Town Centre Races.

Held on a short and fast circuit, the race takes in the historic cobbled High Street, a sweeping descent of North Street and back up the paved Market Street.

Isabel now leads the series after three rounds and is also third in the Elite Women`s National Rankings.

Her next race will be The Dudley Grand Prix in the West Midlands this Friday (July 12).
