Newark Town FC Ladies are looking for new footballers, and will hold an open session at the YMCA Community and Activity Village on Lord Hawke Way, Newark for all abilities

Aspiring female footballers will have a chance to join a growing club as it searches for new players.

Newark Town FC are looking for new players aged 16 or over to join its Ladies First Team and Developement Team ahead of the 2024/25 season.

All abilities are welcome to try out as the club will host an Open Training Session at the YMCA Community and Activity Village on Lord Hawke Way, Newark, this Sunday.

Two sessions will run during the day, from 11am to1pm, and from 2pm to 4pm.

Newark Town Ladies 1sts finished runners-up in the Nottinghamshire Girls and Ladies Football League Division One last season.

They were also runners-up in the Nottinghamshire county cup final.
