New Ollerton Town assistant manager Rich Lawrence helped in the development of England football players during his time at Barnsley Football Club

Days after announcing their new manager, a football club has revealed who will be joining him in the dugout.

Ollerton Town informed their social media audiences that Rich Lawrence will be the club's new assistant manager under James Humphreys.

Lawrence played a part in the early development of England defenders John Stones and Harry Maguire during his decade of experience at Barnsley.

"The club are delighted to welcome Rich Lawrence to the club, as assistant to James Humphrey," said a spokesman from the club.

"Rich is a highly experienced coach with previous experience at the likes of Shaw Lane Aquaforce, Worksop Town, and Boston United."
