Paralympian Natalie Blake has achieved the remarkable feat of setting both a disabled and able-bodied British powerlifting record.
Blake, of Newark, set the able-bodied record in the 52kg body weight while defending her IPF British Bench Press title in Colchester.

She is believed to be the first powerlifter to hold both a disabled and able-bodied record.
