BMX siblings Seren and Hari Pritchard are back riding this season

Balderton BMXer Seren Pritchard was back in action as she got off to a great start in the season at the National Indoor Cycling Centre in Manchester.

Seren made the A final on both days finishing seventh on Saturday and fifth on Sunday.

Her brother Hari narrowly missed out on the semi-finals on both days in a competitive field that saw him finish 25th on Saturday.

At another recent event in Kent, Hari came 29th on both days.

In the same contest Seren came third in the A final.

She was unlucky not to come second after making a small mistake on the last corner and dropping into third.

The following day she secured second in the final on the back of the current British champion.

It was a solid performance for Seren who secured two back to back podium appearances.

The brother and sister competed at a Midlands regional event that saw Hari finish fifth in the A final in a promising result.

His sister managed to win her A final in another good performance.

Both siblings will be riding for the Crank BMX coaching Team for this season.
