Ollerton get a big win in the Midlands Three competition

Ollerton stormed home against visitors Amber Valley at home in the Midlands Three competition and won with an impressive 81- 17 scoreline.

Amber Valley scored three tries but it was Ollerton's day with it all clicking together for the hosts after practicing drills during the week in training.

Ollerton's tries came from Flying Winger Jonny Brannan bagging 4. Ryan Bowskill 2 good tries, Dan Marrows, Jake Townsend, David Wilson, Scott Whitworth and Man of the match Captain Liam Tebbet.

Ollerton 2nds were also at home and played Mansfield 3rds where they suffered a 41-24 defeat.

Mansfield just having the edge up front and managed to come away with the win.

Ollerton's tries came from number eight Scott Gretton who scored a hat-trick and gained the Man of the match accolade.

Shay Richardson also scored a try for the hosts.
