Bad weather ensures that only one Cyclocross event in the area goes ahead with the Inman clan competing in the cycling Round four of the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Cyclocross League races
There were slim pickings for events in the cycling as bad weather had caused water-logged ground to be a major problem.
Round four of the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Cyclocross League managed to get underway.
The race which was held at Middlehills Farm, near Matlock, Derbyshire saw Ollie Saunders of Newark Castle Club challenge for the podium.
The rider finished seventh in the combined senior and junior male race.
Junior Noah Inman of the Ashfield Race Club finished ninth out of 20 finishers.
Another junior Louis Inman racing for Ilkeston Cycling Club finished ninth overall in the combined under-16 and under-14 boys' race.
There were 27 finishers in the combined race which saw Inman achieve a respectable finish.
The next round of the British Cycling Cyclocross National Trophy Series takes part next weekend in Torbay, Devon.
Isabel Darvill's new race team officially welcomed her on social media for the 2024 season.
