FOUR choirs take to the stage at Newark’s Palace Theatre on Friday in a charity concert.

Concert organisers the Belvoir Wassailers will be joined by the Cranwell Military Wives Choir (pictured) Newark Rock Choir and De Montfort University Gospel Choir. Tickets are £15.

They are raising money for the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance and East Midlands Immediate Care Scheme.

Belvoir Wassailers chairman Geoffrey Petchey said: "What better way to support our remote communities than to put on a gala concert beinging together four very different sounds in one great event."
