Breath-taking acrobatics, hilarious comedy, and world-class acts are promised as a circus returns to town.
Russell’s International Circus will be putting on shows at Woodborough Garden Green Centre this Christmas, and promises an unforgettable experience for the whole family.
Voted Britain's Best Circus for six consecutive years, the circus’ Christmas production is set to be a dazzling affair, featuring a lineup of world-class performers from around the globe.
From aerial acrobatics to comedic clowning, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Alex Morley, Russell’s show producer said: “We are delighted to be returning to Woodborough Green Garden Centre this Christmas. We have a fantastic new festive show lined up which we are sure our audiences will enjoy.
“We have been bringing our Christmas show here for many years now and it’s always a pleasure to celebrate Christmas with all our loyal customers who visit every year as part of their Christmas tradition, there is something very magical about that!”
Stars of the show include Miss Andrea, who will captivate audiences with her mesmerising hoop carousel performance.
Her routines blend fluidity, strength, and creativity, as she effortlessly transitions between intricate aerial manoeuvres and graceful gymnastics displays.
Wilbo, the youngest clown in Great Britain, will be bringing laughter and joy to the stage with his hilarious comedy routines.
As the fifth generation of the illustrious Russell family dynasty, Wilbo is carrying on the legacy of his ancestors and bringing his unique brand of humour to the circus.
The Tangier Troupe, a dazzling collective from Morocco, will also be returning this Christmas by popular demand, bringing with them a spectacular showcase of acrobatic artistry and cultural heritage.
Known for incredible human pyramid building, the Tangier Troupe defies gravity and expectation.
Rumah Katzen, a captivating performer from Australia, will thrill with her signature hula hoop routine, in which she spins over 30 hula hoops simultaneously.
Rumah is also set to astound audiences with a jaw-dropping chair balancing routine, ascending to heights of over six meters and performing daring handstands atop a precarious stack of chairs.
The show will be running at the garden centre from December 14 to January 5, (closed December 25 and 26).
