Newark Palace Theatre hosts Sir Ranulph Fiennes, The Elo Experience and Fast Love tribute to George Michael
World-famous explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes recounts some of his many global adventures to an audience at Newark Palace Theatre next week.
Sir Ranulph Fiennes: Mad, Bad & Dangerous – at the venue a week today (February 22) – gives the chance to learn more about the man behind the myth.
Live on stage, Sir Ranulph will share stories from his legendary exploits and adventures, telling untold tales of the world’s most extraordinary feats of daring and exploration.
Delivered in his own inimitable fashion, it is accompanied by stunning, never-before-seen images and home videos.
Sir Ranulph was the first person to reach both the North Pole and South Pole on foot, among his many feats.
He has also scaled the highest peaks on every continent, including Mount Everest in May 2009 at the age of 65.
Before his visit, tribute is paid to the late great George Michael with the return of Fast Love to the Palace on Saturday (February 17).
Direct from London’s West End, it is now touring in 18 countries, selling over 250,000 tickets worldwide.
Joseph Sansome will perform many of the superstar’s greatest hits, including Wake Me Up, Too Funky, Father Figure, Freedom, Faith, Knew You Were Waiting, and Careless Whisper.
There is another tribute act at the Palace a week tomorrow (February 23) when The ELO Experience make a return.
The multi-award-winning tribute to The Electric Light Orchestra brings a sensational string section, stunning light show and large screen projection for a musical journey through time.
It will include hits such as Mr Blue Sky, Don’t Bring Me Down, and Evil Woman.
