Festival a feast of popular literature

Leading screenwriter and children’s author Anthony Horowitz, who created the television series Foyle’s War and Midsomer Murders, is the headliner at Lincoln Book Festival, which runs from May 12 to May 16.
Weatherman John Kettley will talk about his autobiography, while Loose Women star Lynda Bellingham will talk about her book, Lost And Found, at Lincoln Drill Hall.
Comedian Jeremy Hardy will reveal his family history while actor, writer and director Simon Callow will choose the books he’d take with him to a fictitious desert island.
There’s a whole day of events with a history theme on May 14 featuring Professor Michael Jones on the history of Norwell.
