One Night In Vegas is heading back to the Palace Theatre, Newark, with its Christmas Party.

Showman Martyn Lucas heads this festive treat that features Vegas showgirls, West End performers, a live band and video imagery.

The show, on Sunday, November 21, includes plenty of Christmas favourites including Let It Snow and White Christmas.

Martyn, 41, said he was looking forward to returning to the Palace, where the show went down well on its last visit.

He said: “It was a great night. The crowd was fantastic and it was a lovely intimate evening.

“I travel all over the world performing to thousands of people but it was nice to play a smaller theatre for a change.

“People enjoyed our One Night In Vegas show so much that they started buying tickets for the Christmas show in the interval.”

One Night In Vegas was born five years ago and continues to grow every year.

“The Christmas show is a party show,” Martyn said.

“We go out and give the audience presents and we have a lot of fun.

“Once again I will be singing with my seven-piece orchestra, giving the audience a flavour of the festive season. The four showgirls will wear Christmas outfits and there is a lot of imagery for the audience to watch as well as snow and other surprises.”

The Moscow Ballet brings another popular festive piece, The Nutcracker, to the Palace on Tuesday, November 16.

It tells the story of Clara, who creeps downstairs and sees presents under the tree. When the clock strikes midnight the toys come alive and take her on a magical adventure.

Singer and songwriter Beverley Craven will perform tracks from her new album, Close To Home, on Thursday, November 18.

She is best known for her 1991 hit, Promise Me, and the multi-million selling self-titled album.

Talented actor and comedian Paul Harris pays tribute to the genius of Frankie Howard on Saturday, November 20.

Frankie Titters On is a one-man show that shows the much-loved star at his funniest, but behind-the-scenes secrets and private torments are also revealed.
