Argent Theatre returns to stage with Secret, Black And Midnight at Floral Media, Caunton
After being closed down for more than a year because of the coronavirus pandemic, local theatre group Argent Theatre is finally back with a new production.
The cast and crew are raring to go with Secret, Black And Midnight, which will feature the one act play by David Campion called Cards, Cups And Crystal Ball.
It will be staged at the new venue of Floral Media on Norwell Road, Caunton, from September 29 to October 1, at 7.30pm.
It an evening not exclusively about Macbeth’s soothsaying crones, but culminates in the performance of Cards, Cups And Crystal Ball by David Campton, which tells the tale of the Weerd Sisters who are not entirely successfully scraping a living together as fortune tellers in Edwardian London — until a mysterious client turns that all around.
Secret, Black And Midnight stars and has been created by John Dodd, Tracey Hughes, Yvonne Cockayne, Sharron Cawthorne, Chantelle Thornley, Rachel Repper, Megan Horton-Ranscombe, Tony Smith and Rebecca Smith.
People are being urged to book early to avoid disappointment because there are limited tickets for the three nights.
