A number of shows have been cancelled at Nottingham’s Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall because of the ongoing coronavirus restrictions.

In a statement, the couple said: “We are deeply disappointed not to be able to bring the show to life in front of audiences around the UK, but the health and wellbeing of our fans and everyone involved in the production must come first.”

The West End musical screenings, due to have taken place next month, have been cancelled, as has the Sunday Morning Piano concert featuring Elisabeth Brauss and Hannes Minnaar, scheduled for February 21.

Also cancelled are the three productions of the 2021 Colin McIntyre Classic Thriller Season, due to have taken place from February 24 to March 13.

Ticket holders will be contacted.

New dates are being arranged for the concert by the Kanneh-Mason family and comic Jimmy Carr, due to take place next month.
