Jimmy Carr and Boyzlife reschedule dates at Royal Concert Hall, Nottingham
More shows have been re-arranged at Nottingham’s Royal Concert Hall because of the ongoing coronavirus restrictions.
Comedian Jimmy Carr was due to perform at the venue this month as part of plans to re-introduce a live audience.
Instead, he will now bring his Terribly Funny show to the concert hall from July 27-29.
His show that was due to be at the venue in December last year is now on September 21.
He warns, this show contains jokes about all kinds of terrible things that might have affected you or people you know and love.
“But they’re just jokes — they are not the terrible things.
“Having political correctness at a comedy show is like having health and safety at a rodeo.”
Also re-arranging are Boyzlife, featuring former Boyzone and Westlife stars Brian McFadden and Keith Duffy.
They have moved from May 2 to Sunday, September 12.
Expect to hear some of the Irish groups’ biggest hits, including Picture Of You, Words, No Matter What, Uptown Girl, Flying Without Wings, You Raise Me Up, and Love Me For A Reason.
Tickets for the original dates remain valid.
