Fun Lovin' Criminals mark 25th anniversary of Come Find Yourself album with gig at Nottingham Rock City
To mark the 25th anniversary of their acclaimed debut album, the Fun Lovin’ Criminals are heading out on the road.
The multi-platinum New York trio always have plenty to celebrate but the opportunity to escape the lockdown gloom of the past year and party with fans across the UK this coming October is bringing a huge smile to the trio.
They will be coming to Nottingham Rock City on October 8.
Fun Lovin’ Criminals burst on to the music scene in 1996, gate crashing the euphoric Brit-pop party with their debut album, Come Find Yourself.
Heralded for a generation-defining blend of styles and effortless Lower East Side charm, Fun Lovin’ Criminals’s cocktail of rock n’ roll, funk, blues, soul, hip hop, jazz and latin, gave them a timelessness still apparent decades on.
Their debut single, Scooby Snacks, famed for sampling Tarantino movies such as Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction, launched a career that saw Come Find Yourself stay in the UK album chart for two years.
Fun Lovin’ Criminals performed an infamously raucous set on the legendary main Pyramid stage at Glastonbury 1999 and have been bringing the party to stages worldwide ever since.
