The 3D-animated adventure, The Pirates! In An Adventure With Scientists (U) follows the captain and his crazy crew as they set out on a mission to win the Pirate Of The Year Award.
They set sail from the shores of Blood Island to Victorian London to gain this reward.
Made by Sony Pictures Animation and Aardman Animations, the film is based on Gideon Defoe’s popular The Pirates! series of books.
It features the voices of a stellar crew of famous people including Hugh Grant, Imelda Staunton, Salma Hayek and Jeremy Piven.
The film can be seen at Newark’s Odeon Cinema in 3D and 2D.
