Plenty of food for thought

There will be food for thought at the twice-yearly FoodFest at Thoresby Courtyard, near Edwinstowe, this weekend.

A retail food fair will be held in the courtyard while other stalls will be set up in the Victorian Riding Hall, along with a kitchen demonstration theatre.

There will be an Easter egg hunt for children in the courtyard area.

The event, run by Adelanta Travel and Events, is free.

Organiser Alison Lowe said: “We have a fantastic array of great stallholders, all offering quality food, most of which is produced locally in Nottinghamshire and the surrounding counties.”
