Reverend and the Makers frontman Jon McClure will read stories on Sunday (August 10) and also bringing storytelling flair across the weekend is the ever-glittering Mama G.

Gloworm has also stepped in to support radio duo Jo & Sparky following the end of their breakfast show.

Sparky will return to DJ the festival’s Playmobil Rave, while the pair launch a new podcast with support from organisers.

Younger guests can enjoy meet-and-greets with some of their favourite characters such as Bluey, Hey Duggee, Supertato and Bing Bunny who will make appearances over the weekend.

New for 2025 is Mythic Adventures, an immersive area packed with dragons, storytelling, crafts and a sensory space.

The Sea Creature Club, a fresh addition created by Gloworm HQ’s own seven-year-old Oliver, will feature ocean-themed crafts and activities as part of the wider Under the Sea theme.

Families are encouraged to join the new fancy dress competition.

Also making its festival debut is Voxblock, a screen-free audiobook player for children, which will host hands-on story sessions and creative play.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans can visit the Shellraiser, while returning favourites include Happy’s Circus, White Post Farm, Smoby UK’s Play Zone, Mini Land Rovers and the Actual Reality Arcade.

Asmodee UK will also be on site with a selection of board games for all ages.

All performances, activities and fairground rides (until 5pm) are included in the ticket price, with weekend passes covering camping, access to Friday night entertainment and all shows and children under two go free.

Gloworm’s next ticket tier goes live on July 1, with the latest festival map now available for families to begin planning their weekend.
