Robin Hood Theatre Company preparing to perform Treasure Island at Averham
Rehearsals are well under way for Robin Hood Theatre Company’s next production — Treasure Island.
The cast are setting sail for an adventure on the high seas for their Christmas offering this year.
“Rehearsals are full of fun and silliness with singing, dancing and swashbuckling a plenty. It has been great to work together as a cast so far and we cannot wait for the show to come together,” said a spokesman for the company.
“It’s been laughter all the way and we can’t wait to share it with our audience.
“It’s going to be an excellent adventure through seven seas with barrel fulls of laughter, a cannon loaded with adventure and treasure chest full of song and dance! The perfect way to spend your December.”
It will be staged at the Robin Hood Theatre, Averham, from December 10-14 at 7.30pm nightly plus a Saturday matinee.
Tickets are £14 (£12 members) from www.rhtc.co.uk or 07733 179986.
It is the chance to experience the epic adventure of Treasure Island as you've never seen it before.
Set sail with Long John Silver and some other characters you may not expect and prepare for a belly laughing journey to the Caribbean and back.
