The story revolves around banker Sam Wheat, played by William Dewick, and artist Molly Jensen, played by Molly Jensen, who are madly in love.

When Sam is murdered by friend and corrupt business partner Carl Bruner over a shady business deal he is left to roam the earth as a powerless spirit.

When he learns of Carl's betrayal Sam must seek the help of psychic Oda Mae Brown to set things right and protect Molly from Carl and his goons.

The show features memorable songs including With You, I'm Outta Here and Unchained Melody.

Everybody who buys a programme will receive a pack of tissues.

Director Mike Follen said he was delighted that with a couple of weeks to there are only have a handful of tickets left.

"The cast are all working hard to perform what is a technically challenging show prepared by the crew behind the scenes," he said.

"I am sure that there won't be a dry eye in the house."

This will be the society's fourth autumn production and follows the award winning production of Avenue Q.

The society will shortly be starting rehearsals for its spring 2019 show Oklahoma!
