Time to go walkies to support charity

Dog owners are being urged to take part in a mammoth sponsored event for charity on Saturday.

Go Walkies takes place at Rufford Abbey Country Park, and will raise money for Guide Dogs.

Event organiser Jessica Pinnick said: “Go Walkies is a sponsored walk for Guide Dogs. We are hoping it will be a great day with lots of people from the local area attending.

“The day will consist of a sponsored walk, dog show, stalls, competitions and much more and is a great way for families to get involved in helping a great charity as well as having a lot of fun.”
