Mental health charity founder brings Brighter Days tour to Newark
Emotional and spiritual health is to take centre stage as an author goes on tour with his book — sharing tips for enhancing wellbeing.
Patrick Regan OBE, co-founder of mental health charity Kintsugi Hope, will be brining his Brighter Days tour to Charles Street Methodist Church, Newark, on June 27.
It promises an unforgettable evening, starting from 7.30pm, filled with laughter, music, and inspiration, as well as practical tips for enhancing wellbeing — as Patrick explores in his book Brighter Days.
“We all strive for a healthier and more hopeful future,” said Patrick.
“The Brighter Days Tour is designed for anyone seeking practical tools and inspiration to invest in their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
“Together, we will explore ways to navigate life’s challenges and embrace a brighter tomorrow.”
The renowned speaker, who is a mental health first aider, a campaigner on issues of social justice and was awarded an OBE for his services to the young by Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, aims to equip attendees with valuable tools to invest in their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health to build resilience and embrace a brighter future.
Patrick will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the stage, and with an engaging and humorous speaking style, he will share practical tips for improving overall wellbeing, drawing from his personal journey and encounters with individuals who have overcome adversity.
Attendees can expect to be inspired by stories of struggle and strength that demonstrate the transformative power of hope.
Accompanying Patrick is musician Natasha Petrovic, whose soulful melodies and enchanting vocals will serve to uplift spirits and create a harmonious atmosphere throughout the evening.
Tickets can be booked via the Kintsugi Hope website.
