Winter delights in store

There are plenty of winter-warming events planned for Thoresby Hall in the run-up to Christmas. The first festive delight is a Winterfest on November 10 and 11 in the venue’s Victorian Riding Hall where visitors will find unique gifts on the many stalls.
There will be seasonal live music.
The gallery’s Christmas Art Shop exhibition opens on November 28, and Oddsocks presents The Adventures Of Robin Hood from December 6 to 8 at 7.30pm with a Saturday matinee.
There will be carols in the courtyard on December 16 from 2.30pm.
