A46 closed northbound at Farndon and moped driver taken to Nottingham’s Queen’s Medical Centre with serious injuries after crash
The A46 northbound at Farndon has closed after a crash involving a moped and one or more cars.
The moped driver was taken to Nottingham’s Queen’s Medical Centre with serious injuries after police officers attended the incident just before 9pm yesterday (Wednesday).
The Lodge Lane and Flintham access roads to the A46 are also closed and expected to remain closed for some time.
Officers are urging anyone who saw what happened to contact Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 869 of December 11.
