A46 remains closed as recovery work takes place after serious crash at South Hykeham

Part of the A46 remains closed while recovery work takes place following a serious accident.

The A46 eastbound between Halfway House Lane (Halfway House roundabout) and A1434 Newark Road (Hykeham roundabout) has been closed after a crash involving a lorry and car.

Traffic is coping well, with travel heading away from Newark affected.
