Aeroboot and autojumble returns to Newark Air Museum this weekend




An aeroboot and autojumble sale returns to Newark Air Museum tomorrow (Saturday).

There will be more than 45 sellers on the museum’s Southfield Site, near Newark Showground.

The charity fundraising event has attracted interest from a wide range of sellers and once again all stalls have been taken.

Gates open to buyers at 9am.

There is a special admission rate of £5 per person and money raised will be used to support the development of facilities.

Covid-secure measures, including track and trace, will be in place.

Typical items sold include model kits, aircraft parts from world war one to the 1980s, aviation books, radio parts, pictures, prints, books, DVDs, videos, badges, flight clothing, collectables, aviation militaria, avionics, instrumentation, technical manuals, aviation magazines, memorabilia, second world war helmets, goggles and uniforms, aircraft parts and tools and aviation artwork.

The museum opening times will be 9am to 5pm, with the sale taking place between 9am and 2pm.
