All the fun of the fair

Around 500 people attended a summer fair at North Muskham Village Hall on Saturday.
Activities included a five-a-side football tournament, a competition to direct the driver of a JCB digger around a course, tug-of-war, a dog agility display and a pet show.
Nine dogs were entered for the show, with prizes awarded for the most handsome, the best behaved and the scruffiest looking pet.
There were 23 stalls at the fair. Stallholders paid a £10 fee.
Money raised will go towards the cost of a new village hall.
