Framework celebrates 20th anniversary with special service at Southwell Minster

The homelessness charity Framework is to mark its 20th anniversary this year with a special service at Southwell Minster on Saturday at 10.30am.

Preacher will be Frame-work patron the Bishop of Southwell and Nottingham, The Right Rev Paul Williams, and there will be contributions from Framework’s chief executive Andrew Redfern as well as a service user and support worker.

Up to 200,000 homeless and vulnerable people have been supported by Framework since the charity was formed in 2001.

Since then Framework has greatly expanded its range of services, the places where they are delivered, and the number of people it supports, including in the Newark and Southwell areas.

The service will be live-streamed via the minster website.

Due to covid restrictions seating at the minster is greatly restricted and seats need to be booked in advance.
