Patriotic Alternative anti-migration demonstration planned to take place in Newark

An anti-migration protest is to be held in Newark tomorrow.

Patriot Alternative will stage a demonstration outside Castle House at 1pm, on Saturday, August 9.

Patriotic Alternative describes itself as a “community building and activism group” focused on “the demographic decline of native Britons… mass immigration… and indoctrination and political bias”.

It has widely been considered to be a far-right and white nationalist group.

On it’s website, the group states it’s demonstration will demand “an end to mass immigration, the closure of the Beckingham migrant camp, and for the electorate to reject Tory and Labour lies on immigration”.

It criticises the housing of migrants, particularly Afghans who have been supported to live in the UK, while “British families have often waited years to be housed”.
