Nottinghamshire Police appeal after car involved in crash on A52 stolen while waiting to be recovered

Police are appealing for witnesses after a car involved in a crash on the A52 was stolen from the side of the road.

The blue Peugeot 107 was involved in a collision on the A52 between Elton and Bottesford on December 4 and was left on the side of the road.

The car was awaiting collection by the owner's insurance company, however, it was found to have been stolen from this location on Sunday, December 5.

Officers are now asking anyone with information in relation to the theft or dashcam footage of the vehicle being recovered to get in contact with Nottinghamshire Police on 101. You should quote incident number 330 of December 7.
