Balderton stabbing victim's condition shows signs of improvement

Police say the condition of a man who was stabbed is improving in hospital.

The man, age 52, was critical with life-threatening injuries but Nottinghamshire Police now say he's in a serious but stable condition.

The woman was arrested after the man was stabbed at Nelson Road in Balderton.

Forensic examinations were being carried out in and around Nelson Road yesterday.

Police were called just before 10.15pm on Sunday (July 6).

A cordon remains at the scene.
