Clean-living Newark thief gets conditional discharge

A clean-living thief has been conditionally discharged for eight months for stealing toothbrushes and toothpaste and bed linen.
Radoslaw Wach, 34, of Mumby Close, Newark, pleaded guilty to the theft of toothbrushes from Wilkinsons worth £7.98, toothpaste worth £9 from Asda and bedding from Poundstretcher worth £15.99.
Wach was conditionally discharged at Nottingham Magistrates' Court where he was also ordered to pay costs of £35.
