End in sight

How much longer are the roadworks at the London Road traffic lights going to take?

Whenever I pass there never seems to be any activity and, if there is, it would seem as though one person is doing something and the rest are just looking on.

Either they have numerous tea breaks or they stagger their times to coincide with my passing by. Maybe they can use some of their clairvoyancy to predict the end of their occupancy of this busy stretch of highway.
