Newark: Lorry containers and grassland catch fire in Norton Disney

Firecrews were called as fire caught hold of two wooden lorry containers and surrounding grassland this afternoon (Wednesday).

Crews from Brant Broughton and North Hykeham attended the incident at Birch Holt, Norton Disney.

The water carrier appliance from Market Rasen was requested.

Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue said no casualties had been reported.
