There is queueing traffic for two miles due to the incident on the A1 northbound at the B1164 (Carlton/Sutton/Kneesall turn-off).

Lane one of two has been closed from Carlton-on-Trent to Markham Moor.

There is congestion to the Cromwell turn-off and traffic heading away from Newark affected.
